Description

You will design and implement cloud-native Guidewire solutions, owning delivery through microservices and Guidewire Cloud features.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with program and solution leads.
• Integrate AI/ML concepts into Guidewire solutions.
• Stay current on new Guidewire features and version upgrades.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire implementation experience.
• 12+ years total professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire Architecture, Design, Data models, and Integration.
• Demonstrated experience with Guidewire Cloud versions.
• GWPC ACE/Specialist certification and GWPC APD experience.
• Ability to attend offshore calls during overlapping timings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML integration in insurance platforms.
• Any Graduate education.
