Description

You will lead the architecture and solution design for Guidewire implementations, driving cloud transformation initiatives and defining the technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Guidewire implementations.
• Drive Guidewire Cloud transformation and migration initiatives.
• Define technical roadmaps, integrations, and development best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Guidewire experience.
• Strong expertise in at least one: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Valid Guidewire Cloud Certification (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with the Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
• Strong programming experience in Gosu.
• Experience designing REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of the P&C Insurance domain.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire ACE Certification.
• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, or Kubernetes.
