Description

You will design and lead the implementation of Guidewire Insurance Suite solutions, specifically focusing on PolicyCenter migrations, integrations, and performance optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise integration solutions using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and resiliency strategies for PolicyCenter.
• Lead PolicyCenter Cloud migrations, including ISO Rating, Standard Base Template (SBT), data integration, MFA, and SSO configurations.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across transactions, batch processing, and database interactions.
• Design operational supportability features, including monitoring, versioning strategies, and API management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years as a Senior Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in Guidewire Insurance Suite, specifically PolicyCenter application design and development.
• Strong background in designing and developing REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Proven experience with PolicyCenter Cloud migrations and performance tuning.
• Broad understanding of Property/Casualty systems and how changes impact broader business unit systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
