Description

You will define and drive the master test and automation strategy for Guidewire Policy Center migrations and upgrades. You own the framework development, standardization, and scalability, ensuring the team follows best practices in scripting and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define the master test strategy and automation approach for GW migrations and upgrades.
• Own framework development, base code work, and scalability enhancements.
• Drive technical solutions across all program pods, addressing GW framework limitations.
• Present strategies confidently to customers and provide on-the-fly value-added suggestions.
• Manage large automation implementations from inception to closure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Automation-UI, API testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Cucumber, BDD, and Gherkin language.
• Experience with Karate and Test Cafe tools.
• Strong background in framework development and standardization.
• Guidewire Policy Center experience (Product/Common Config, Ratings, Farms, Integration) is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end automation lifecycles.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to innovate solutions by combining other tools with Guidewire Test Framework (GTF).
• Experience enhancing frameworks to increase efficiency with latest GW packages.
