Description

Lead quality assurance for Guidewire P&C Policy solutions, owning the full software testing lifecycle and team direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team through all phases of the software testing lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using UFT and Selenium.
• Automate interactions between third-party applications, SAP integrations, and web portals.
• Implement and maintain Hybrid and Keyword-driven automation frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Expert-level proficiency with UFT/QTP.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium automation.
• Strong proficiency in VB Scripting.
• Direct experience with Guidewire solutions in the P&C Policy lifecycle.
• Experience automating interfaces integrated with SAP and web portals.
• Experience using Microsoft TFS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Test Manager (MTM).
