• Will be added to an existing scrum team  (Claims IS has 6 teams w/average of 6 team members) • Will be expected to attend stand-ups and selective ceremonies.  (2-week sprints) • Will be expected to deliver high priority stories/bugs from the team’s backlog • Will be expected to begin contributing after short ramp-up period (consisting of on-boarding and introduction to customer processes and best practices)."
