Description

Design and implement Guidewire BillingCenter solutions to drive insurance transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design future-state systems to improve operational efficiency and workflows.
• Execute modernization strategies through hands-on configuration and development.
• Lead technical tasks including estimation, code reviews, and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee successful project execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire BillingCenter implementation experience.
• Minimum of two full Guidewire implementations completed.
• Expertise in Guidewire Configuration, including Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Model.
• Proficiency in Web Services, XML, and Ant script.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Experience with SCM tools such as GIT, TFS, or SVN.
• Knowledge of servers and containers like Tomcat, JBoss, or Websphere.
• Exposure to cloud technologies including AWS or Azure.
• Practical experience working within Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft, Spring, or Hibernate.
• Background in production support.
