Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Guidewire implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through workshops and prepare design documents.
• Configure Guidewire applications, including Data Model development and Business Logic (Rules).
• Develop PCF Screen (User Interface) components for localization across different locales.
• Manage project workflows by preparing MPP files, assigning tasks, and tracking status metrics.
• Validate applications across environments and prepare UTCs for unit testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or Guidewire implementation.
• Deep knowledge of the Guidewire Product suite.
• Proficiency in Gosu, including Class and Enhancement development.
• Experience with Data Model development and Business Logic (Rules).
• Hands-on experience with PCF Screen (User Interface) development.
• Ability to manage software configuration and perform localization.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices.
