Description

Lead business analysis for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations and upgrades, bridging insurance domain knowledge with technical configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements using BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and map the Property & Casualty insurance policy lifecycle, including quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Support implementation, upgrade, and configuration projects within Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Collaborate with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Validate PolicyCenter integration concepts, including REST/SOAP APIs and messaging frameworks.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of Business Analyst experience supporting IT projects.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance policy lifecycle.
• Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and FRDs.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Studio, Product Designer, and the PolicyCenter data model.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of PolicyCenter integration concepts, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Bachelor's degree.
