You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex insurance requirements into actionable Guidewire solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, converting them into functional specifications and user stories for PolicyCenter.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and architects to refine the backlog and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Perform data analysis and mapping for Guidewire and third-party integrations, ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical execution.
• Leverage Guidewire Advanced Product Designer, data dictionaries, and underwriting rules to support solution design.
• Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within the insurance domain.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for the insurance domain.
• Hands-on expertise with Guidewire PolicyCenter, specifically Rating and Integrations.
• Deep understanding of Guidewire configuration concepts, tools, and underwriting rules frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data mapping techniques.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end insurance lifecycle and policy administration.
