Description

You will lead end-to-end Guidewire Policy Center implementations for Tier 1 US insurers, managing V10 SaaS deployments and migrations from on-premises models.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Guidewire Policy Center implementations, including new SaaS deployments and legacy migrations.
• Design, code, integrate, and test end-to-end solutions within an Agile framework.
• Execute configuration changes for integrations between Policy Center and external custom portals.
• Collaborate with customers, solution engineers, and architects to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Develop and maintain policies, guidelines, and standards for IT application utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Guidewire Configuration or Integration Tech Lead.
• ACE Certification in Guidewire Policy Center Configuration.
• At least 2 full lifecycle Guidewire Policy Center implementations in Personal or Commercial Lines.
• Hands-on experience with PCF design, business rules, data models, and GUnits.
• Proficiency in Gosu, REST services, message queues, and batch processes.
• Experience with the Guidewire Cloud Data Access platform.
• Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) domain knowledge and experience with digital technology implementations.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Guidewire Policy Center V10 SaaS specific deployment nuances.
