Description

Act as a Guidewire Business Analyst focusing on ClaimsCenter and PolicyCenter implementations, bridging business needs with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and lead workshops to define product roadmaps.
• Manage scrum ceremonies, prioritize backlog items, and track task status.
• Prepare design documents and oversee development assignments.
• Customize Guidewire products via data model development and business logic rules.
• Validate applications across environments and perform unit testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or Guidewire implementation.
• Deep domain knowledge of Guidewire ClaimsCenter and PolicyCenter.
• Proficiency in Data Model Development and Business Logic (Rules) development.
• Experience developing PCF screens and user interfaces.
• Ability to develop using Gosu for classes and enhancements.
• Experience with LOB Mapping and localization for different locales.
• Knowledge of Software Configuration management.
• Competency in performing unit testing and preparing UTC.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to prepare MPP and use metrics to monitor stream-level non-compliance.
