You will act as the business analyst for Guidewire systems, analyzing complex processes to drive effective solutions and ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business and technical processes to drive effective solutions.
• Collaborate across business, quality, system, and experience teams to deliver results.
• Conduct research, comparisons, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Provide process and technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Ensure implemented solutions align with enterprise strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Claims Center.
• Deep knowledge of the Property Casualty Insurance market, including P&C rating, policy coverage, and endorsements.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Skilled in business process analysis and project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
