Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for Guidewire Policy Center implementations.

Responsibilities

• Groom the product backlog and define acceptance criteria.
• Write detailed user stories and technical documentation in Jira.
• Document functional requirements for insurance domains.
• Guide stories through the development and testing process.
• Deliver end-user training on new system features.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and tracking.
• Knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center.
• Understanding of personal, auto, and homeowner insurance domains.
• Experience with Guidewire products and documentation standards.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter or BillingCenter.
• Previous experience in agile release train environments.
