Description

You will serve as the primary business liaison for Guidewire Cloud implementations, bridging the gap between P&C insurance stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements, translating needs into user stories, BRDs, and FRDs.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping to support Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) migrations.
• Validate data mapping, integrations, and business rules, assisting in UAT planning and defect resolution.
• Ensure traceability of requirements across the SDLC while working closely with developers, architects, and QA.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the P&C Insurance domain.
• Strong experience with the Guidewire Suite: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and user story definition.
• Familiarity with Guidewire integrations including APIs, messaging, and web services.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire Certification (Associate or ACE).
• Basic understanding of Gosu and microservices architecture.
