You will configure and customize Guidewire Claim Center modules, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Claim Center modules including FNOL, Policy, Exposure, Financials, and Subrogation.
• Develop and maintain Gosu scripts, business rules, workflows, and integrations within Guidewire Studio.
• Support end-to-end implementation phases: design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.
• Troubleshoot defects, optimize platform performance, and ensure stability across Claim Center, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 3–8 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire Claim Center.
• Strong proficiency in Gosu programming language and Guidewire Studio.
• Deep understanding of the Claim Center data model and P&C insurance claims lifecycle.
• Experience building and maintaining SOAP/REST integrations, messaging, and batch processes.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
