Description

Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Claim Center modules (FNOL, Policy, Exposure, Financials, Subrogation).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into ClaimCenter solutions.
Develop and maintain Gosu scripts, business rules, workflows, and integrations.
Support end‑to‑end implementation: design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, Integration, QA).
Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.
Provide user training, documentation, and post‑production support.

Required Skills & Experience
3–8 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
Strong knowledge of Gosu, Guidewire Studio, and ClaimCenter data model.
Experience with SOAP/REST integrations, messaging, and batch processes.
Understanding of P&C insurance workflows and claims lifecycle.
Ability to work with business stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions
