Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Guidewire ClaimCenter or Billing Center implementations, bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with key business users to define project scope.
• Conduct review sessions for completed functional requirements to secure consensus and final business approval.
• Write clear, concise user stories and deliverables that accurately reflect business needs and software functionality.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure maximum leverage of out-of-the-box functionality.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of business analysis experience specifically on Guidewire ClaimCenter or Billing Center projects.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter or Billing Center configuration and implementation.
• Proven track record of writing user stories and adhering to business analysis documentation standards.
• Practical experience working within an Agile Scrum methodology.
• Strong ability to interface with business management, including negotiation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for appropriate escalation and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Valid Guidewire certifications.
