JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration to join a long-term project in San Antonio, TX.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working on new Guidewire integration/configuration enhancements from Day 1, with strong technical expertise and solid Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, configure, and implement Guidewire ClaimCenter integration solutions.
Work independently on new integration and configuration enhancements from Day 1.
Analyze business requirements received from DPOs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Prepare technical designs and present solutions to architects for review and approval.
Develop and deliver high-quality Guidewire ClaimCenter integration code.
Take complete ownership of delivery across both onshore and offshore teams.
Participate in daily Scrum/Agile meetings and provide project updates.
Conduct daily offshore handoff calls and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Assign development activities to offshore resources and monitor progress.

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS
8+ years Guidewire ClaimCenter experience
5+ years Guidewire Integration experience
Strong Guidewire Cloud & Insurance Suite experience
Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration experience
Guidewire Associate Developer Certification
Guidewire ACE Certification – Preferred
Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge
