Description

Lead the development and maintenance of Guidewire ClaimCenter and its integrated systems. You will drive technical delivery from planning to execution while managing offshore teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own development and maintenance services across Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Connect with client stakeholders to drive, plan, estimate, and deliver technical requirements.
• Lead a team of offshore consultants to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage delivery risks proactively.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong working experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Expertise in Gosu and Java.
• Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance domain.
• Experience managing integrations with surrounding systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
