Description

Lead technical delivery and maintenance for Guidewire ClaimCenter and its integrated systems while managing offshore teams and client stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and maintenance services for Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Drive technical delivery from planning to execution, including estimation and requirement planning.
• Connect with client stakeholders to define and deliver technical requirements.
• Lead offshore consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Proactively manage and mitigate delivery risks.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong working experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Expertise in Gosu and Java programming languages.
• Deep knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Experience managing integrations with surrounding systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
