Description

Lead Guidewire development teams to deliver implementation, enhancement, and support solutions for Claims Center.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive Guidewire ClaimCenter development activities, configuring UI components and developing rules using GOSU.
• Design and maintain ClaimCenter integrations with internal and external applications, including third-party vendors.
• Conduct code reviews, perform JUnit testing, and ensure adoption of development standards and best practices.
• Analyze business processes, document requirements using BPMN, and create data flow diagrams.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with architects on solution design and enterprise architecture initiatives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter development experience with version 10.0.1 and above.
• Strong expertise in GOSU programming, Guidewire Rules Engine, and Screen Configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, JSP, Web Services, XML, and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to design and support Guidewire integrations and system analysis.
• Experience with business and system analysis, including documentation using BPMN standards.
• Guidewire ClaimCenter Cloud ACE Certification.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Insurance (Property & Casualty) business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter implementation experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Guidewire cloud migration or modernization projects.
