Lead technical implementations and oversee the production environment for Guidewire Claims Center in the Commercial Insurance space.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Guidewire Claims Center implementations, managing multiple technical tracks and maintenance cycles.
• Own the production environment and its entire ecosystem, ensuring stability and performance.
• Direct onshore and offshore staff, managing teams of 10-20 members across development and operations.
• Oversee DevSecOps practices and manage CI/CD pipelines for Claims builds and deployments.
• Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and coordinate delivery across complex integration points.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT with 7+ years specifically in Guidewire Claims Center Integration and Configuration.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead delivering at least 2 end-to-end Claims product implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Java, GOSU programming, and Object-Oriented Design and Development (OODD) fundamentals.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with J2EE, Apache Tomcat, XML, Web Services, and RDBMS (SQL Server preferred).
• Hands-on development experience with Batch Processes, Message Queues, and Event Messaging within Guidewire.
• Strong background in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Proven capacity for priority management and organizational leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire Claims Center Certification.
• Commercial Insurance industry experience.
