Description

You will contribute to global Guidewire engagements within the Technology Consulting team, focusing on configuration and integration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned technical tasks for Guidewire projects within established timelines.
• Interface and communicate regularly with onsite coordinators to ensure alignment.
• Provide regular status reporting to the project lead.
• Contribute to various technical streams, including configuration and integration.

Required Skills

• 1.5 to 3 years of industry experience in software development.
• Configuration and Integration experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Proficiency in Java 5, JEE, XML, and Web Services (Axis 2).
• Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with ANT, Spring, Hibernate, and Castor.
• Hands-on experience with Tomcat, WebSphere, or WebLogic.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Messaging Systems.
• Understanding of software development best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain (Personal or Commercial Lines).
• Strong business communication skills and prior client-facing experience.
