Description

You will lead business tracks and drive the functional implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation workshops to define business needs and product models.
• Develop functional specifications including user stories, process flows, use cases, and data mappings.
• Design UI mock-ups, workflow processes, forms, and rating configurations.
• Manage integrations between legacy applications and Guidewire systems.
• Act as the liaison between clients and global software development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation.
• Deep domain knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Proven experience with Guidewire integration mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum or SAFe.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Rally.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a global delivery model.
• Experience writing detailed user stories and technical documentation.

• Any Graduate degree.
