Description

You will design and lead Guidewire platform implementations across On-prem and Cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning for Guidewire platform implementations, including new builds, application development, and maintenance.
• Manage complex projects and guide teams through successful Guidewire Cloud implementations and technical migrations.
• Oversee technical migrations, upgrades, and application development lifecycles.
• Provide consulting and advisory services regarding new initiatives, best practices, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Deep expertise in Guidewire core modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Experience with both self-managed and Cloud versions of Guidewire.
• Proficiency with Gosu script and Git source code management.
• Knowledge of P&C industry requirements and processes.
• Experience working within Agile or SAFe project delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent progressive experience).

Preferred Skills

• Integration experience using Edge API and APD tools.
• Knowledge of Guidewire Messaging framework, batch processes, and OOTB plugins.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
