Description

Engineer and support Guidewire Cloud solutions, focusing on PolicyCenter integrations and system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions using PolicyCenter (Gosu) and Integration Gateway (Java).
• Develop testing frameworks and automate processes via scripting.
• Manage monitoring and logging across Datadog, ELK, and ServiceNow.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline using BitBucket, TeamCity, GitHub Enterprise, and CloudBees.
• Handle incident response and conduct root cause analysis for system reliability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with AWS and App Eventing.
• Experience with Java development for integration gateways.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog and Elastic (ELK).
• Experience managing workflows in ServiceNow and Jira.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices using Git-based systems.
• Ability to document processes using Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gosu programming language.
• Background in insurance domain systems.
