Description

You will lead Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and implementation for complex insurance environments, managing technical delivery and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of PCFs, business rules, data models, and GUnits.
• Drive PolicyCenter implementations, including V10 SaaS deployments or migrations from on-prem models.
• Manage technical delivery within the Guidewire Cloud Data Access platform.
• Oversee integration workflows using REST services, message queues, and batch processes.
• Integrate PolicyCenter with external custom portals and digital technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire configuration and technical leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Gosu.
• ACE Certification in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.
• Proven track record of at least 2 full life cycle Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations in Personal or Commercial Lines.
• Expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and Cloud Data Access platform.
• Proficiency with REST services, message queues, and batch processes.
• Strong P&C domain knowledge.
• Experience implementing Guidewire for Tier 1 US insurers.
• Any graduate degree.
