Description

You will design, develop, and configure Guidewire products to deliver core business functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement configuration changes within Guidewire Centers, including screen layouts, wizards, and workflows.
• Develop and tune PolicyCenter configurations, integrations, and performance settings.
• Configure company structures, including organization hierarchies, roles, permissions, and producer codes.
• Apply business rules and validation rules to meet complex functional requirements.
• Manage database definition and design at the application level.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development with design and team leading experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Guidewire applications.
• 2+ years of development experience specifically in PolicyCenter.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Gosu.
• Expertise in Guidewire Studio and XML file configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Core Java, OOP, and design patterns.
• High proficiency in SQL, specifically T-SQL or PL/SQL, including complex table joins.
• Experience with Spring MVC and SOAP web services.
• Front-end experience using JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ClaimCenter development.
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and data integration strategies.
• Background in mortgage lending or servicing industries.
