Description
You will lead the data conversion efforts for legacy system migrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to assess legacy systems, data complexity, and dependencies.
- Define and execute comprehensive migration strategies with timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to validate data mapping and transformation logic.
- Profile, cleanse, and validate large-scale legacy data for accurate migration.
- Design and implement ETL workflows, integrating data from Oracle 11g, VSAM, and flat files, ensuring integration with Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter on the Guidewire Cloud.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (Cloud preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ETL, SQL, and data migration methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience in P&C insurance data transformation.
Preferred Skills
- Guidewire Certification (PolicyCenter Associate or ACE).
