Description

You will lead data conversion and migration efforts for legacy system integrations with Guidewire Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to assess legacy systems, data complexity, and dependencies.
• Define and execute comprehensive migration strategies with clear timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to validate data mapping and transformation logic.
• Profile, cleanse, and validate large-scale legacy data to ensure accurate migration.
• Design and implement ETL workflows integrating Oracle 11g, VSAM, and flat files into Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience in data conversion or migration.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (Cloud preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools and SQL.
• Proven experience in P&C insurance data transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to integrate data from Oracle 11g, VSAM, and flat files.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire Certification (PolicyCenter Associate or ACE).
