Description

You will design and implement Guidewire software solutions for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
• Customize Guidewire applications using Gosu and Studio IDE to modify entity models, business rules, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Build integrations between Guidewire InsuranceSuite and enterprise systems using Apache Camel, RESTful APIs, and Integration Gateway.
• Develop scripts and tools for migrating data from legacy systems to Guidewire Cloud solutions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming, specifically Java.
• Hands-on experience with Gosu, Apache Camel, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Camunda Workflow, GIT, and IntelliJ.
• Experience with web UI development, including React and XML.
• Proficiency in Guidewire Cloud products or similar insurance industry enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
