Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Guidewire solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter using GOSU, Web Services, and XML.

Responsibilities

• Develop and unit test Guidewire applications using TDD and object-oriented best practices.
• Perform systems analysis, architectural design, and integration component configuration.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support.
• Conduct code reviews and guide junior team members on technical standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to define requirements and resolve ambiguities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total experience with 1.8+ years hands-on Guidewire Configuration/Integration.
• Proficiency in GOSU, Java/J2EE, Web Services, and XML.
• Experience with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM/Kanban Agile methodologies.
• Ability to perform work product estimation and process flow design.
• Experience with Platform Upgrades and unit testing processes.
• Competency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CodeNarc or similar static analysis tools.
• Guidewire Cloud version experience or ACE/Cloud certifications.
