Description

Maintain and enhance Guidewire Digital Portals, including ProducerEngage and CustomerEngage, while troubleshooting UI and performance issues in ClaimCenter workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implement portal enhancements using Jutro/EDGE, React/Angular, and JavaScript.
• Support integrations with ClaimCenter via REST APIs and related services.
• Troubleshoot UI, integration, and performance issues across claims-related components.
• Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and backend teams to validate fixes.
• Maintain portal configurations, documentation, and compliance with security standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Digital Portals (ProducerEngage, CustomerEngage).
• Proficiency in Jutro/EDGE, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Working knowledge of Gosu and Java.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with ClaimCenter components and claims workflow integrations.
• Experience with Git, TeamCity, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience working in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
