Description

Design, develop, and implement Guidewire applications to support insurance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Customize PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter modules.
• Develop integrations between Guidewire and external systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and deployment support.
• Maintain technical documentation for designs and configuration changes.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE and Guidewire Configuration (Gosu).
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with Guidewire integration frameworks including Messaging and PCF.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Insurance domain knowledge.
• Guidewire Certified Developer (GCDC) or Guidewire Certified Integration Developer (GCID) certifications.
