Description

You will configure and integrate Guidewire PolicyCenter within an insurance environment, translating business objectives into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement configuration and integration points between Guidewire platforms and external applications.
• Develop custom integration points to connect Guidewire applications with internal and external systems.
• Partner with business teams to translate objectives into technical configuration and integration requirements.
• Produce technical design documentation for all integration and configuration work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, including EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Web Services, JMS, and JPA.
• 3+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, integration, and implementation.
• Proficiency with GOSU and XML for application configuration and integration.
• Strong server-side Java programming skills and a solid understanding of object-oriented concepts.
• Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Practical knowledge of messaging, Web Services, and database connectivity.
• Experience working within Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.
• Insurance domain knowledge, specifically in Personal Lines and Commercial Claims.
