Design, develop, and test technical solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem, focusing on ClaimCenter.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, and test technical solutions in collaboration with senior and lead engineers.
• Lead code and design reviews to ensure operational accuracy and support team planning.
• Organize work and lead teams to deliver specific features and solutions.
• Resolve complex production issues and troubleshoot end-to-end solutions across multiple applications.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers while influencing technology directions within your domain.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter Configuration and Integration Development.
• 2+ years of Java and Gosu development experience.
• Cloud experience including Guidewire Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Auto Line of business.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 additional years of related experience.
• Ability to independently research technical issues and generate solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Program Management within an Agile environment.
• Experience managing vendors, crafting SLOs, and presenting research to Architects.
• Exposure to AWS public cloud processes and tools.
