Description

Lead design, development, and testing of technical solutions within the Guidewire ecosystem. Own the release pipeline and code quality through rigorous reviews.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter 10.0, including Product Model configuration, Entity, Batch processes, REST, Web services, PCF, and Gosu Scripts.
• Lead code and design reviews to ensure accurate planning and smooth operations.
• Resolve complex production issues and troubleshoot end-to-end solutions across multiple applications.
• Migrate legacy applications to Guidewire and AWS Cloud using reusable patterns.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence technology directions within your domain.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter 10.0, including Rules and Gosu Scripts.
• Guidewire version 10 certification (PolicyCenter or InsuranceSuite).
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Implementation from inception to deployment.
• Proficiency in Java, Kafka, Spring, Redis, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Ability to develop solutions using out-of-box services, in-house APIs, and third-party vendor APIs.
• Knowledge of system operations, scalability, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework or similar agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 additional years of related experience.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire ACE 10.x certification.
