Description

You will design and develop Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, integrating cloud services and migrating legacy systems to AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Guidewire PolicyCenter, managing Product Models, Entities, Batch processes, and Rules.
• Integrate systems using REST and Web services within the Guidewire PolicyCenter environment.
• Migrate legacy applications to Guidewire and AWS Cloud, establishing reusable patterns.
• Design solutions leveraging out-of-box, in-house, and third-party APIs in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Address non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, and disaster recovery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in a relevant development capacity.
• Expert-level experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, including PCF and Gosu Scripts.
• Hands-on experience with REST and Web Services Integration.
• Proficiency in Java, Kafka, Spring, Redis, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience implementing Guidewire Cloud from inception through implementation.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud environments.
• Experience adhering to the SAFe framework or similar agile methodologies.
• Ability to articulate complex technical topics to both IT and business stakeholders.
