Description

You will lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development, technical design, and integration efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead PolicyCenter development and enhancement activities using Gosu, PCF, and the Product Model.
• Design and build integrations with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP web services and batch processes.
• Analyze business requirements to deliver technical solutions, including Underwriting Rules and Rating Configuration.
• Perform code reviews, support release planning, and resolve production issues.
• Mentor junior developers and coordinate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Guidewire development experience, with strong expertise in PolicyCenter.
• Hands-on proficiency in Gosu Programming, PCF Configuration, Rules Engine, and Workflows.
• Experience with Data Model Extensions, Batch Processes, and Integration Frameworks.
• Solid Java/J2EE fundamentals and knowledge of XML, JSON, and XSD.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server).
• Experience with version control (Git, Bitbucket, SVN) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire PolicyCenter Certified Professional/Developer credential.
• Experience with InsuranceSuite upgrades, cloud implementations, or Personal/Commercial Lines Insurance.
