Description

You will lead configuration and integration development for Guidewire PolicyCenter environments, owning technical deliverables from design to release.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter configurations and integrations using Gosu (versions 7.0, 8.0, or 10).
• Lead software development teams and oversee technical execution within an Agile methodology.
• Coach and mentor junior developers to ensure code adheres to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with BAs, application managers, QA leads, and architects to define and communicate technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration.
• 5+ years of experience developing web-based Java, J2EE, or .NET applications.
• Hands-on experience with Java Web Services, JMS, JSP, XML, JSON, and JDBC.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Server relational database technologies.
• Experience using JBOSS application server.
• Experience with continuous integration and DevOps methodologies using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Rally, or SonarQube.
• Experience with SOAP and REST web services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Batch or Spring Boot.
• Experience with containerization and cloud infrastructure such as OpenShift, AWS, or Azure.
