Description

You will consult on and implement Guidewire solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into Guidewire solutions, configuring PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter.
• Develop modern UIs for portals and mobile apps using Guidewire front-end frameworks.
• Design and build integrations with external systems via APIs and manage data migration.
• Automate workflows and streamline processes like payments and reconciliation.
• Support feature development, upgrades, and releases within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of P&C insurance workflows, policy lifecycle, and claims processes.
• Proficiency in Java and Gosu.
• Strong command of SQL and API design/development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically GitLab.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter modules.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
