Description

Lead the testing team and drive the QA strategy for Guidewire implementations and supporting interfaces in Minneapolis, MN (Remote).

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing team in composing test plans, test cases, and build scripts.
• Define testing scope and manage the overall testing effort for each release.
• Own the reporting of testing activities, including test results, defect tracking, and status updates.
• Develop test templates and maintain comprehensive testing documentation and artifacts.
• Monitor testing milestones and ensure compliance with audit controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA coordination.
• Experience leading testing teams and managing complex project deliverables.
• Hands-on knowledge of Financial Systems modules, specifically AR and GL.
• Ability to provide expert support for complex system problems and interface issues.
• Experience preparing and managing test metrics dashboards.
• Proven ability to conduct requirement assessments and drive QA strategy.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle systems.
