Description

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert leading technical decisions and team performance for Guidewire integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead team decisions and provide technical solutions for your immediate team and cross-functional groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements and workflows.
• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and implement optimization strategies.
• Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key architectural and process decisions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire Integration.
• Strong proficiency in Guidewire Integration.
• Expertise in business process analysis and design.
• Experience defining product requirements and use cases.
• Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business process modeling tools.
