Description

Design and develop complex integrations for Guidewire insurance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Guidewire centers and external services.
• Implement core Guidewire platform components including Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Models.
• Manage batch processes, workqueues, and integration gateways.
• Lead technical tasks including estimation, code reviews, and mentoring team members.
• Apply software architecture and design patterns within an Agile or SAFe environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with at least one Guidewire product (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter).
• Proven track record of completing at least two Guidewire implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Gosu scripting, UI, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP and RESTful APIs), XML, and JSON schema.
• Hands-on knowledge of Messaging, GXModel, and integration design.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server and proficient SQL skills.
• Exposure to Guidewire Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with SCM tools like GIT, TFS, or SVN.
• Experience with application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, or Websphere.
• Domain knowledge in Property & Casualty insurance.

Preferred Skills

• Guidewire Cloud Certification.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Spring, or Hibernate.
