Description

Lead technical configuration and integration of Guidewire components to meet complex business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Guidewire components using Gosu, integration plugins, messaging, and REST APIs.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, including field mapping, data definitions, and rules definition.
• Apply Guidewire coding standards, design patterns, and enterprise security requirements to all deliverables.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide workarounds for critical requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and resolution plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development, preferably within the insurance domain.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Proficiency in Gosu, integration plugins, messaging, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of OOP design principles and enterprise integration design patterns.
• Knowledge of P&C Insurance processes and Guidewire PC, CC, and BC.
• Guidewire Cloud platform certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Ability to manage vendor partners across onshore and offshore locations.
