Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Integration Lead to lead the design development and delivery of integration solutions across Guidewire applications PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Guidewire integrations APIled architecture and enterprise application integration while providing leadership to development teams and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders

 Key Responsibilities

 Lead the design and implementation of Guidewire integration solutions
 Manage endtoend integration delivery for Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter and ClaimCenter projects
 Design scalable and secure integrations using REST APIs SOAP services Messaging and Integration Frameworks
 Collaborate with business analysts architects product owners and external vendors to understand integration requirements
 Drive integration architecture discussions and recommend best practices
 Lead development teams and provide technical guidance code reviews and mentoring
 Ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards and enterprise architecture principles
 Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and performance issues
 Participate in estimation planning resource allocation and project governance activities
 Support release management deployment activities and production stabilization
 Work closely with QA teams for integration testing SIT UAT and performance testing
 Prepare technical documentation design artifacts and knowledge transfer materials

 Required Qualifications

 Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
 8 years of software development experience
 5 years of Guidewire implementation and integration experience
 Proven experience leading Guidewire integration teams and largescale transformation projects
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

 Preferred Qualifications

 Guidewire Certified Professional credentials
 Experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform
 Experience with Insurance PC domain processes
 Knowledge of AgileScrum methodologies
 Exposure to MuleSoft Informatica Kafka or other integration platforms
