Description

Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire Cloud integrations using Integration Gateway, App Events, and cloud native patterns.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure, scalable data exchange between Guidewire applications and external systems using REST, SOAP, messaging queues, and event driven architectures.
• Build and optimize integrations through enterprise middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services).
• Integrate Guidewire with Document Management Systems (e.g., Alfresco, OnBase, SharePoint, FileNet) for document lifecycle automation.
• Configure and publish Guidewire App Events to trigger downstream processes in real time and build event consumers.
• Develop and maintain Integration Gateway flows, implementing authentication, throttling, and error-handling patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development or integration engineering.
• Expertise in building integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Azure Integration Services.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Integration Gateway flows.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures, including publishing and consuming Guidewire App Events.
• Experience securing APIs using OAuth, mTLS, and JWT.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines for deploying cloud integrations.
• Experience configuring and managing AWS S3 bucket integrations.
