Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Guidewire business rules, workflows, integrations, and data model customizations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Guidewire InsuranceSuite customizations for PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter.
• Develop and maintain SmartCOMM templates for document generation and correspondence management.
• Configure and manage business rules, workflows, and data models.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align solutions with P&C insurance requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire application development experience.
• Strong expertise in Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter).
• Proven ability to design business rules, workflows, and data models.
• Working knowledge of SmartCOMM for template creation and modification.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Guidewire Business Studio and RuleSet configuration.
• Background in full-cycle Guidewire implementation projects.
