The ideal candidate is Guidewire ACE Certified in PolicyCenter Configuration and Cloud/Integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10 years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on Guidewire PolicyCenter development.
Mandatory: Guidewire ACE Certification in: PolicyCenter Configuration
Cloud/Integration
Strong hands-on experience in Gosu programming, PCF, and data model configuration.
Proven expertise in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) integration patterns — Messaging, Plugins, Batch, REST/SOAP.
Experience with Guidewire Studio, Edge APIs, and Cloud API development.
Solid understanding of P&C Insurance domain (Personal/Commercial Lines preferred).
Experience with XML, SQL, Java/J2EE, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git/SVN), and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
Willingness to work hybrid, minimum 2 days/week onsite at client location.

Good to Have
Exposure to Guidewire Cloud migration projects.
Knowledge of Kafka, Azure/AWS cloud services.
Prior experience in Insurance domain projects in the US/UK/Canada markets.
Additional experience with BillingCenter or ClaimCenter integration.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
